Tim sold the Triumph!
We had hoped to have had a leisurely weekend, but Tim had to scramble a little bit to get the Triumph ready to show for sale. Tim has been trying to sell the car for a few months, but we never had anyone show up with the cash. Well, today, the Triumph went home with a new family...and, they paid for the car in cash! Now, it's time to pay off some bills!

Ty is just adorable, this is the cutest shot ever! These shots were just so darling, I couldn't resist letting you know how much I'm enjoying seeing Ty grow as I check in from time to time to get the updates. Also, on a recent visit to Jill and Jim's, Brooke was able to show me all her SF pics, and obviously she just had a fabulous time visiting too. Jill keeps me updated pretty well, and I hope we get a chance to meet Master Ty on your next visit to the south. Until then, y'all just keep having fun with that precious boy! Ty is soo cute! Is it really chilly there on the hike in August? Hard to beleive from south TX or south LA! It's sooo hot here right now. Y'all take care and enjoy the baby days. My "baby" girl started 1st grade today!
